Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt, is required for all returns.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Return: The item must be free from signs of wear, damage, or odor (e.g., perfume, smoke). Products that show signs of tampering, improper care, or handling that affects their resale value will not be accepted for return.
2. Wigs Return Policy
To qualify for a return or refund of a wig, the following conditions must be met:
Original Condition: The wig must be unused and show no signs of wear.
Lace: The lace must remain uncut and undamaged.
Curls: The curls must be intact and unraveled.
Tags: Any original tags attached to the wig must remain uncut and attached to the product.
Packaging: The wig must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

3. Refunds

Opened Bundles, Clip-Ins, and Tape-Ins: Hair extensions, including bundles, clip-ins, and tape-ins, that have been opened, worn, cut, or styled are not eligible for a refund. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for these items once they have been removed from their original packaging.
